Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is an Canadian actress best recognized for her role as the character of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra, of Italian origin, was born on the 31st of October 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia. She was captivated by acting from the age of eight years old and was featured in many commercials when she was a kid. After a period of time, she took a hiatus from performing. At the age of 21, she returned to acting. the age of 22, she returned. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her one of Vancouver's top five up-and coming actresses in 2005. Cerra played a role in Eureka, an Syfy show which aired between 2006 and 2012. She played the role of Deputy Jo Lupo. A music video featuring Michael Buble's Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was released in 2006. Cerra was credited for starring in a variety of highly-acclaimed and well-known television shows including Battlestar Galactica or The L Word. As a child, I would give educational talks that could be broadcast on the school's news program and I would present the school's daily news. Oakland Elementary, where I taught in the year I was teaching, featured a program for news called WOAK. Khondabi claims that, after graduating from college her first job as a news reporter the television channel was WAGT Augusta Georgia. Khondabi said she was in the news for around six years. Following Augusta I became a morning anchor at WOWK in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK and finally Columbus Ohio as an anchor for traffic and a morning news host on Columbus Ohio's Local ABC as well as FOX affiliates.
